No Insurance? We have a solution for you!

You shouldn’t have to put your dental health aside just because you don’t have dental insurance. In order to encourage patients to keep up on regular cleanings, X-rays, and treatments, we offer an in house benefit plan that saves you money. With our in house plan, all health conditions are accepted, you will not be denied coverage, there are no deductibles, and no waiting periods!

Members of this plan receive the following:

  • Two comprehensive exams per year (a $130 value)
  • All needed X-rays (a $138 value)
  • Two regular cleanings per year (a $216 value)
  • Two fluoride treatments-no age limit (a $78 value)
  • All emergency exams (a $71 value each visit)
  • All emergency X-rays (a $34 value each X-ray)
  • 20% off our regular fees for all restorative services
  • 20% off our regular fees for most cosmetic services
  • 20% off our regular fees for neuromuscular services
  • 20% off our regular fees for implant services performed in our office
  • 50% off our regular fees for sealants- no age limit
  • $500 off a full case of Invisalign

Cost:

Our plans start at just $375 for a year. Speak to us for specific information and pricing on new patient, family, and periodontal plans.

*In order to receive the benefits of the plan, it must be paid in full prior to your first visit.

The Fine Print:

  • This plan is good for 1 year (12 consecutive months) from the date purchased. This is NOT an insurance plan and cannot be used in combination with insurance benefits.
  • This plan covers children living in the household, up to age 18.
  • Any family members added to the plan during an active benefit year will have the same expiration date as the original plan member.
  • All new patients will receive an assessment exam. If after this exam, we do not feel confident that this plan will benefit the patient, your membership fee will be refunded.
  • Plan is non refundable after your first visit.
  • This benefit plan does not cover specialist referral care.
